RETURNS POLICY
At Keya Arur, we have committed to manufacturing each piece slowly and with purpose. We function on a MADE TO ORDER basis, which means we make each garment once an order has been placed. We have chosen to do this to keep the manufacturing process slow and to create as little waste as possible. Due to this, refunds and exchanges are limited.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If your order does not fit the way you would like it to, we are happy to exchange it for another size based on product availability*. In the event that the product is not available, we are happy to offer the customer a store credit for the same value (excluding shipping) of the product purchased.
Items must be exchanged within 5 days of receiving. Exchanged goods must be sent back in their original condition - unworn, unwashed with all original tags intact. To make an enquiry about exchange availability, please email info@keyaarur.com.au and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and the original shipping costs will not be included in exchange costs.
*As our fabric runs are limited, we cannot offer a size exchange once our fabric has run out.
